ZOZCLOUD does not offer refunds on any hosting plans, server services, add-ons, or related products. All sales are final once payment is completed.
Purchase at Your Own Willingness & Risk
By purchasing any service from ZOZCLOUD, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are placing the order voluntarily and of your own free will
- You have reviewed the plan details, pricing, and features before payment
- You accept full responsibility for your purchase decision
- You understand that hosting and server services involve inherent technical risks
- You agree to proceed at your own risk without any guarantee of refund
All Services Are Non-Refundable
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Shared, WordPress, Node.js, and Python hosting plans
- VPS, Dedicated Server, and Cloud GPU services
- Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals
- SSL certificates and security add-ons
- Renewal payments and billing cycle charges
- Setup fees, migration fees, and one-time charges
- Partially used or unused service periods

Service Cancellation
You may request cancellation of future renewals by contacting support. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any amount already paid. Access to services will continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. By purchasing our services, you waive any right to claim a refund except where required by applicable law.
