By accessing and using ZOZCLOUD services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
ZOZCLOUD provides web hosting, cloud hosting, VPS, dedicated server, domain registration, SSL certificates, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Hosting illegal content or engaging in illegal activities
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email
- Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other systems
- Resource abuse that affects other customers
5. Payment Terms
All services are billed in advance. Prices are subject to change with notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. All prices are listed in INR unless otherwise specified.
All payments are final and non-refundable. By purchasing our services, you confirm that you are doing so voluntarily and at your own risk. Please review our Refund Policy before placing an order.
6. Service Level Agreement
We guarantee 99.99% network uptime for our hosting services. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations. Credits for downtime are provided as per our SLA policy.
7. Data Backup
While we perform regular backups, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. ZOZCLOUD is not liable for any data loss.
8. Limitation of Liability
ZOZCLOUD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately without refund.
